Default 2013 Chevy Equinox, idle problem

Hello Everyone,
I bought a new Chevy 13 Equinox and i'm just starting to have my first problem with it. At idle, the rpm will go up and down trying to find its' point. After that, sometimes it shut off when at idle. i'm able to restart the vehicle and drive normally afterwards, but at stop lights problem manifests itself again.
i will clean the injectors and fuel system and see what happens.

Chevy dealership wants $130 for one hour of diagnostic. i tried to tell them it only has 50,800. roughly 800 miles past it's warranty, but they won't fix it free of charge.

do you have a check engine light on?
did you replace the air filter at 45k miles as listed in your owners manual?
try cleaning the throttle body
check for any vacuum lines that are loose or cracked
did you buy the vehicle at this dealer?
try contacting Chevrolet Customer service and see if they will go for a 50/50 on the cost of repair

No check engine light
i have a k&n 100k miles air filter, so don't think that's it.
will try cleaning throttle body. I will also add a fuel system cleaner before next fill up.
will check for vacuum lines.
i bought this vehicle at dealer.
will see if above fixes problem before contacting chevy. I always wanted an equinox cause i liked how they looked like, but had better luck with other brands... Shame.

are you using a K&N filter that has to be oiled? If so clean all intake sensors and use a paper element that is not oiled.
