Default 1994 Camaro no start.

I have a 1994 Camaro that I am having starting issues with. I have changed plugs, wires, injectors, and new gaskets in the intake. Fuel pressure is 42psi but bleeds off quickly. Is that the no start issue? Fuel pressure regulator working, as well as the pump. Also replaced the cam sensor ( low voltage)

how quickly does it bleed off?
will it run for a few seconds with starting fluid/spray?
do you have spark at the plugs?
which engine do you have?

Bleeds off right after the pump shuts off. Have spark at the plugs( new) haven't tried starting fluid, and it's got the 3.4 v6

how do you know the fuel pressure regulator is working? did you disconnect the vacuum line going to it and notice any gasoline? you are sure you have no leak in the fuel system? did this problem start after you changed the intake gaskets?

The fuel pressure regulator is now leaking gas. Still won't start even on starting fluid. Changed coils, still nothing. All this after changed gaskets. Charging up the battery for another round. Could a temp sensor be the reason for the no fire?

the fuel pressure regulator is bad, replace it. Are the spark plugs soaked in gas, if so clean them after changing the regulator. Did you fail to reconnect a vacuum line or electrical connector?

Ok went and changed fuel pressure regulator, cleaned plugs, checked every electrical connector I could find. Still no fire. Car will sputter like it wants to fire, about out of ideas. Hooked up my scanner but it will not connect. Tried to get any code but it won't flash anything. ?????

you have OBD1 does your scanner work with that?
Have you tried the connect A and B ports and count the flashes?
did you try the starter fluid to see if it will run for a few seconds?
