As long as the fluid isn't mixed with conventional antifreeze there is no issue. Make sure whatever you use states it is compatible with Dexcool.

the flasher and hazard use different fuses, you checked both of them?
you referred to the owners manual to located all the fuses related to the signal/hazard?
are you sure they worked before the...

Did you look in the GM Performance Parts Catalog? They list both 4 quart and 6 quart sticks and tubes.

is the check engine light on?
go back over what you disconnected vacuum hose wise and see if anything is cracked or not fully connected.

Page 6-61 of the owners manual shows the big DRL relay, have you tried replacing it or swapping it with another relay with the same markings?...

Your speedometer doesnt use a cable?
Are you sure the capacitor is for the speedometer and not the tachometer?.

I havent seen that kind of connector. If you are sure that is the cause of the problem have you considered wrapping the wires with electrical tape and then using the RTV?

You clearly stated in post #3 if you fade to the front the problem is not there which points to an issue with the amp for the rear.

if you isolated the problem to the rear speakers the problem is the amp located under the drivers seat.
