Below is the factory procedure for adjusting the valves with the engine off and cold. Instead of adjusting 1 full turn after no play is felt adjust only a 1/2 turn.

how did you determine those 2 rockers were loose, you used a rubber hose to listen to each rocker arm with the engine running? How much did you tighten them?

where do you see a universal joint, it has CV joints and you are unclear as to which one you need. There are a number of videos on YouTube showing plug changes.

It is quite possible it is a rocker arm which would require removing the valve cover and checking which rocker arm/s are noisy, it could be more than one. It could also be camshaft wear.

the clicking noise has nothing to do with the engine flooding. The ticking indicates some kind of mechanical wear in the engine which may or may not be related to the stalling problem. Not sure how...

did you change the oil using an oil with high zinc/phosphorus content, most modern oils do not have enough to...

if you are referring to the gas lift supports they will lose some strength in cold weather because the gas pressure drops. If they get to the point that they will no longer work correctly regardless...

After a few months it should not need burping but depending on outside air temperatures if the the coolant is low you wont get heat but the engine temperature gauge may not indicate it is overheating.

a 2001 Suburban has a solid rear axle, not independent, and there are no adjustments to the rearend alignment. is this vehicle new to you or you hit something to account for what you are trying to do?

I have never heard of any vehicle having a difference in wheel base from side to side unless the vehicle was in an accident that damaged the frame.

who replaced the vent windows, you or a shop. If a shop take it back to them. I believe to replace the vent windows you have to remove the main glass and the stops may need adjusting.

if it uses glass bulbs with the small contact wires on the outside carefully bend the contact wires so that they have a better connection in the socket.

there us a retaining nut in the top of the picture, have you removed it and pulled the harness out?
