all chevys made in 96 and up are able to run on regular. most gm vehicles have premium unleaded printed on the dash cluster somewhere. i personally wouldnt run anything below 91 octane. you get better mileage and power out if it.

Regular or the 10% ethanol blend if its available in your area,

It's fuel injected, meaning you can run regular or high test all day long. Your ECU is smart enough to recognize when the fuel is lean or rich and account for differences.

Older carburetors are different - the difference in richness of the fuel is compensated by tweaking the carb mechanically.
