...Equinox? I happened to see an ad on the new 2010 Cadillac SRX, and the air vents look like those on the 2010 Chevrolet Equinox.

Yes. The 2010 Chevrolet Equinox, Cadillac SRX, and GMC Terrain are all the same platform.
