Actually, you can't trust chips at all, so I'm not sure why you're bothering.

A performance chip simply remaps your fuel map. It leans it out, which generally provides a few horsepower gained in your top end.

But you'll lose performance in accelerating, because you lose torque in the low end.

And because your engine is running lean, it will eventually lead to detonation, and a damaged engine.

It's been discussed thousands of times. Surprised you haven't found out yet.
