What is considered an AWESOME deal for a 2008 Chevy Tahoe?

Okay,
I am interested in a new 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ 2WD. It is fully loaded (Navigation, DVD, the works)

The vehicle price is $50,000 but they are having a Red tag sale saying I pay only $40,000. Although this sounds pretty good...I just think it could go lower.
My question is: I hate buyers remorse....so, how much LOWER can I haggle??
What is the dirt cheapest I could offer and they'd go for it?
Does anyone know if this redtag sale is their bottom line?
People with car sales experience...Please help!!

Get a car that is not gasoline sucker.

10,000 off is pretty good. The car dealers are trying to dump thousands of unwanted SUV`s to any sucker that is foolish enough to buy one now.

I guess you think gas prices are going to stay low?
