are drum brakes on a 86 camaro the same as drum brakes for a 84 chevy truck?

i have drum brake shoes for a 86 camamro and wanted to put them on my 1984 chevy c10 truck.i just need to find out if they are the same so i dont have to buy any,they are still new in the box..

no woulnt fit camaros have 9 1/2 inch drums with 4 3/4 inch bolt pattern on wheels chevy trk have 10 or 11 inch drums on 5 inch bolt pattern wheels
