how many mpg do u get in your aveo?

the epa estimated gas mileage is 34 mpg, but how much do you really get? i know the estimate is off for legal purposes. i like to say that mine gets 40 mpg, but at this moment, i really need to know. i have to go on a trip. i need to know how much to plan on spending for gas.

You have the same car I have (but I have half the miles you do, and mine is only a 4 door). Highway, I could go about 200 miles on a little less than half a tank. I had to make that trip several times last summer. Obviously, in town isn't as great.

I could go to my destination 200 miles away and back home before having to get gas (but i'd be pretty close to empty).
