Is 3500.00 to much for a 1974 chevy nova stock pretty much with a 350auto 5.9l v8?

Thinking about buying this one but unsure on pricing for older cars, let me know if you think its worth it i know its hard to tell without pics but a guesstimate would be awesome.
also curious if anyone knew what kind of horsepower i could expect?
Its a 4door just curious if its a good deal? lokin for nice starter muscle car

well it totally depends on how the body is. and its a subframe car so check for warping or twisting and especially holes (haha i found a big one in mine) and just double check everything. and you never mentioned whether it was a coupe, sedan, or four door so obviously if its a four door or a sedan the price would be lower than for a coupe. i'm usually out for bargains (less than 2000) but if you think the car's worth it then 3500 shouldn't be too bad as long as its in decent shape

3500 isnt bad as long as the bodys not to rough, i bought my 74 last year for 4200 the bodys in great shape but it only had a straight six in it when i bought it, 74 is a good year for nova so i say its a good buy
