...6.8 volts at the fuel pump.? does anybody have any answers why it drop volts this is the only thing no working

First of all...is this 12 volts going IN to the relay..or 12 volts coming OUT of the relay? If it's only going in, check what you have coming OUT at the relay, if it is still 12v, check the capacitor on the fuel pump assembly. Sometimes, these tend to either ground out or lose their ability to hold a charge. This will make you think the issue is between the power source and the pump. I usually just remove the capacitor all together and wire everything back together. Otherwise, you have a grounding issue.
