The stutter is worse when taking off and when I change gears. But this doesn't happend all the time.

There is only one thing that happens both when you first start going and when the car shifts gears that would cause a shutter. The car, when shifting to a higher gear, will cause the engine RPM's to go lower. When this happens it slows down the entire combustion process. The problem in your engine is that it isn't getting a good spark in all the cylinders. It has to be getting some spark or the car would shake violently. Start out by removing and replacing all of your spark plugs and spark plug wires. If this doesn't solve the problem then replace your distributor. These are all easy to do and are cheap. I'd be very suprised if this doesn't fix your car.

take it and get a tune-up or diagnostic check. Then they will tell you what the problem might be.
