Its 93 degrees here and my ac only blows out cold air on the drivers side and it blows out heat on the passenger side. The condensation drain tube clogged up and before we realized this water poured out on pass. floorboard! We fixed this, now we think the water in the duct work could have rusted a metal part and caused the baffle not to move freely. My past tells me this is vacuum operated as many cars and trucks have been. Not enough force to swing the duct door shut, creating proper operation. The ducts are carefully enclosed deep up in the dash, with limited access. Are there any quick meter type test that I can do to isolate the problem along with searching out vacuum possibilities.
