My Car idles rough. It also used to idle high. I knew it needed a tune-up, so I did that, replaced plugs, wires, air filter. Now the idle has gone down to where is should be, but is still a little rough, like there is a misfire. Any idea what could be causing this?

Is your "check engine" light on? If so, most likely you Oxygen (O2) sensor would be bad and could possibly be causing your problems. It's a cheap replacement and would be something you'd want to replace during a tune-up anyway.
You might also have a problem with your ignition module or your MAP sensor. Either one of those components could cause a misfire and/or a rough idle.
I once replaced my air filter but didn't seal the air box back properly and because of the increased and dirty air flow I caused a rough idle. Make sure this isn't happening to you.
All in all, you may want to take it to a repair facility and have it connected to a scope. That is the only surefire way to find and diagnose what is causing your problem.
I hope my answer helps you out!
