I recently wrecked my chevy; I hit a pole on the front end with a pretty good impact enough for the radiator to smash and the engine to be pushed up by the radiator. I have taken off the Front reinforcement and was wondering if the part on the Driver's side which connects the front reinforcement with the wehicle is replacable, and if so what is the part called? It is mangled and I am thinking about removing the part. Is this part part of the unibody and something I should leave intact and not remove? Also is the front reinforcment plate part of the unibody? Please do not refer me to a mechanic I am planning on going to one I just want to know what to ask him to fix and cut down some time if I can take the part off myself. If you have anymore helpful information please feel free to give your 2 cents I need all the money I can get to fix this car :-(
