96 chevy tahoe 4x4 v8?

exactly where is the fuel pressure regulator located ? will not crank changed battery, starter , and filter , if gas is poured in carborator it cranks right up ???
i did change the filter and yes the pump buzzes , if you pour gas in the carborator it will crank ,there is no gas going into it

does that have TBI or direct fuel injection? If its direct with fuel rails, there will be a schreader valve (looks like a tire valve) to test pressure..if it looks like it has a carb on it then it is the TBI i dont think that is has the valve but you should see fuel squirting into the carb when you press the pedal with the ignition on... IMHO, it sound like you need a new fuel pump and filter...note...when you turn the key on, can you hear the pump buzz for about 5 seconds??? If not, its your pump...
