Is there a Chevy dealer in the U S who is willing to sell a corvette ZO6 at only 1

or 3 thou over msrp? I am in the market for a ZO6 corvette. I know they are quite expensive. But, I can afford it, if it is priced only a few thousand over msrp. However, all the dealers I have contacted are unwilling to come down from a price which includes about ten thousand as a premium. Does anyone know a dealer who will take less profit for a transaction which will only take a few minutes to complete? (I intend to pay cash.) Thanks.
