vehicle that? goes 40 miles before it begins to use gas. President Obama literally told Chevy to forget it. Obama also told GM to cut back on their profit making trucks.

How is this supposed to help the automaker when their profitable vehicles and their alternative-energy vehicles are stopped for political reasons by a man who has never run a business before?
Logan: The government audit of GM's restructuring plan suggested the carmaker had invested too much time developing the Volt to leap frog Toyota Motor Corp.'s lead in green technologies. Instead of focusing on a car that will not produce a commercial winner out of the gates, GM should focus on producing better smaller cars.

He cannot tell GM to forget the Volt. Bringing the company that makes the batteries to Michigan is in the works by Governor Granholm. They have agreed to manufacture them near the plant to make the Volt more cost productive.
And he did not tell them to cut back on the trucks. The longer it takes me to answer this question the more it becomes clear that you are probably not stating facts. Am I right? I think so.

It is a scam!!

GM continues to fake out the American people with their revolutionary new electric car, the Chevy Volt.

We are all being snowballed into believing they will produce this thing. It won't happen.

Basically it is a marketing ploy to get more and more of our bailout money.
