Whenever i begin to take off or slow down I hear a roaring noise from the front end of my cavalier. Also Its a constant sound whenever I am going 20-30 mph. Once I go faster than that I don't hear it. We changed the wheel bearing on both sides of my car and i still hear roaring. What else could it be?

it might be the road noise. put the tire pressure up to about 40 to 50 pounds and see if it makes any difference.

Have the transaxle and CV joints checked.

cv joints are a possibility. i'd check the rear bearings too. sometimes locations of sounds can be deceptive. jack up the car and check each wheel for dragging or play. and be sure no plastic splash shields are rubbing on anything.

Temporarily inflate the tires to 50 psi and see if that changes the noise, if it does try rotating the tires. Adjust the tire pressure back to proper pressure.
