Which car is better - the Chevy Aveo or Pontiac Wave?

I am looking to buy a brand new chevy aveo or pontiac wave when i start teaching. They are two of the cheapest cars - pros and cons for them?
I need it to be under $20,000 with automatic and air conditioning and incl. of taxes.
