just a leveling kit well a 305/70r16 will fit and still give full suspension travel that is equal to a 33x12.50r16. will require wider rims though as the factory rims will not support bigger than a 265/75r16. if you have 17's then 285/70r17 is also a 33 tall tire. you might fit a 35 tall tire but you may need to do some trimming and you will not have full suspension travel before the tires hit the body.

I have an 05 Tahoe 4WD, LS model that came with 16" wheels. I replaced with 20 inch wheels fitted with 305/50 Toyo A/T treads. Les Schwab said they tweaked my torsion bars to raise the front just a bit. I did have to trim the front side plastic on the driver's side fender well, as the tire would rub when turning hard right. No clearance issues in fender well on the passenger side.
I'm on my second set of the Toyo A/Ts, and got over 80,000 miles on the first set. Mostly highway driving, with occasional off-road (snow mainly).
