2003 Chevy Impala need help with some probelms?

Ok I have a 2003 Chevy Impala NYPD everything was takin out when I open the door the dome like dont come on but when i turn the nob all the way to the right it will go on? the dashboard lights behide the speedometer n other gauges car really dim even when its on all the way one side is like brighter then the other idk if that is a fuse or the light in the back is broke how do i fix these problems if you can help me i will return the favor idk how but i will lol Thanks

on the pd cars their is a button for a silence mode! this should be to the left of the steering wheel it is a square button, on normal cars this if for the fog lights or trunk release! make sure the button is still there and if it is push it and see what happens if not have a shop look at it!
