How can I open the trunk of a Corvette manually?

The battery's dead and the car is unused so I don't need a new battery.
There's no keyholes or handle outside.
I can get inside but once in the trunk, I don't know how to open it.

I need to have easy access to the trunk from outside so at least I can use is for storage.
