86 camaro 2.8 mpfi,do they run a maf,mat and map sensor all at once?

this car has all three,we pulled the codes and the maf and map are the same.its a 2.8 mpfi and has duel ram air with a mat and maf inline and a map on firewall. the book says one or the other,computer keeps spitting out the code 33,34 which is the same for the maf,map. im going crazy here
