Has anyone here attempted to replace the wiper switch on their Equinox? I thought my wiper motor was the problem with my intermittent wipers not functioning properly and replaced it. They still don't work properly, so I'm thinking it's in the switch. I do know to disconnect the batter and let the air bag sensors discharge before pulling the steering wheel. I'm old and this won't be my first rodeo, if I choose to do it myself. I'm sure I'll need a lock plate remover tool also. I just don't know if I want to do it or let someone else do it. The heat here is miserable and no relief in site for the next ten days.
