2006 Equinox power steering

I have a 2006 Equinox and I recently discovered that it has an electric power steering motor. Oddly enough, I have had a minor problem for months where it is a much stiffer turn to the left than to the right. I brought it up during regular maintenance at the dealer, but nothing was ever uncovered. Is this typical and acceptable (it's tolerable, but is it indicative of a future problem?)?

If you do no agree with what the dealer said you can seek a second opinion from another GM dealer. You could also speak with Customer Assistance about your concerns. Please keep me updated on your situation.

well these dealers can be a big pain in the neck at times. If you continue to get the issue after repeated servicing, you might just need to contact the company legally
