Recenty purchased in December 2010 and started about 2moths later...
While driving up hill or hitting 40mph it seems like its choking and won't excellerate and we gotta ease up on the gas and then slowly continue until we hit our desired speed!
Just last week we got the transmission fluid drained and a new filter and it still is doing it and seems worse when the gas is low. Any suggestions please? And Thank you :)

Sounds more like a Fuel Filter problem - not a tranny filter...

Possibly even the fuel pump going bad. I had that happen to a Chevy Astro that I used to own. It ran great on level ground, but once you started up hill, it was a totally different story. Have a trusted mechanic do a fuel pressure test on it for you.
