What's the part in the cargo bay?

I just took delivery of a LT2 Nox, and there's a short elastic cord, about a foot long, with a plastic clip on each end. I don't have the cargo kit. Does anyone know what it's for?

It's a Rear Armrest Retaining Strap. It prevents the rear armrest from moving when there is a child seat mounted in the rear seat. It's explained on page 3-60 of the owners manual.
