...spark but takes forever ? Haven't done a pressure test but doesn't seem to have much at fitting, and while running lacks power

that's the first thing you need to do is run a check on the fuel pressure,i own an older model one and the only time its hard to start is when the temps dip down below 20 degrees,those pumps normally last about ten good years then they start to fail,id check the pressure and if you don't have a pressure gage auto zone has one that they use and they can hook it up and let you know how much pressure its holding,that or they,ll rent you one,low fuel pressure can also be caused by a bad regulator,so its not always the pump that causes that too happen,a bad throttle position sensor will also make it have low fuel pressure it helps to control the voltage to the pump,good luck on it.
