only getting .02 volts to fuel pump on 96 chevy 1500 pu, why?

Replaced relay and pump.

Sound Like u have a bad connection somewhere between ur fuse panel and the pump. Check and make sure ur grounds are clean. Also search for any corrotion in the wires. Also check at the fuse and see what ur voltage is.
