volt guage? moves with each blink I replaced the alternator and new serpentine belt. but same thing happens.Also my air-conditioning has not worked for years do not have $$$ to fix but the clutch seems to engage all the time causing the engine to bog down so I disconnected the 2 leads which helped some but still have this volt problem it puts out 14v w/ full load. Help!!!!!!!!!! thanks
