I believe the wording your looking for is blower motor, and if so, that refers to your heating system. The blower motor takes heat from your radiator and blows it into your car so you can be all nice and toasty on those cold winter days. It is not unusual for the blower motors to go out, and especially if you are in the north with colder weather.
