Corvettes are always expensive. Newer ones are more reliable, fast and safe. Insurance will be high(it's a vette) Go for it.

Well theres nothing cheap on a corvette. Meaning on service etc. Gas wise they recommend you use 91 octane. Oil. mind holds 6qts. They recommend Mobil 1 Synthetic. The chevy dealer charges $90 Goodyear $80 for a oil change. After learning that i do it myself. I have a 2000 conv. 6sp. only drive it on the weekend. fun car to drive. i had no problems with the car. Later models have more bells whistles. Insurance not bad. all depends on your driving record.
