rear panels on the corner above the tail lights

Hi,
I've got a 1999 tahoe that's looking a bit weathered, I painted the luggage rack black again, I'd like to replace the exterior panels above the tail lights but I don't know what to call them when looking up the parts. Does anyone have a clue what to call the metal/plastic panels above the tail lights. They have 3 or 4 screws holding them on.
