How do u change or install the brake lights of a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban?

YEa about that, its the switch brake lights. You how theres a swich yea dat.

Open the back doors and there should be 2 screws (I think). then the lense will come loose with some wiggling.

easy...open the hath or barn doors in the back..there are 2 bolts i believe they are 10mm make sure you use a magnetic socket they get lost very easily...take it out and pop the lights out and then take out the circut board then change the bulbs you need out...put the lense back in and bolt them back up done

You will need to open the back doors to get to the screws that hold the lights in place. The panel that has the door hinges on it will also have the two screws that hold the light in place ,just remove the two screws ,then wiggle the light until it come 's free so you can get to the back side of the light.. now you will need to remove the black plastic cover in order to get to the light bulbs, i believe there three screws holding it in place.Now that you have replaced the burnt out bulb/or bulbs you will need to put the left side of the light in first then the side on the light with the screw holds in it next so it pops back into place ,then replace the screws.
