99 chevy tahoe problems?

this morning i had to have my truck boosted , before the boost i had some power left in the battery, after he tried boosting me i got nothing, nodda, zip but under the driver side dash is a silver box with wires going to it and it makes a clicking sound even if my key isn't in what might this be and how do i fix cause truck is still not working?????. thank you

Check your battery and the grounds to the block and chassis from the negative terminal. If your alternator is good and your battery is good the grounds are probably the problem. Don't worry about the ckicking!!
