2003 Chevy Tahoe Stalls?

I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe that stalls while driving. I've noticed this only happens if the outside air temp is 93 F. Tahoe starts right back up after 5 minutes. Then it will repeat until engine totally cools down or if the outside air temp drops below 90. I've had this problem for a while. I've replaced all the O2 sensors and crankshaft sensor. I was told it could be a Camshaft sensor wiring gone bad. Has anyone had this problem before?
