my 1995 chevy cavalier stalls for no apparent reason. The starter has been

replaced,and sparks plugs too.? The electric locks flick on and off and then the engine stalls and coast to the side of the road.
New starter, new plugs, what next? Fuel pump relay? Fuel pump? fuel filter?

I would check the engine for a ground at the firewall and also be sure that the ecm circuit has a good ground as well.
