What is the best angle of attack to replace spark plugs on small block chevy?

Is it better to go up from bottom or reach down from the top.

Down from the top /or/ remove the front tires and go through the upper A-arm openings.

Depends on what the engine is in! I usually ended up doing both. Some plugs from the top and some thru the wheel wells with the vehicle jacked up. I did what ever way was easier to service the sparkplugs.Good Luck!
