2006 chevy trailblazer engine is whining?

When i start the truck it has a whining noise and when I excelorate it makes a whining noise.

Had this problem with my 06 TB and i replaced the IDLER PULLEY($16.99 at Auto Zone.) I am pretty sure that this will solve your problem.Good luck!!!
