Aveo, stick shift won't move?

Hand brake is released.

In first gear when I try to move the body of the car rises from the front, i.e. it's trying to go forward but the tires won't move. When trying to go reverse, the body rises from the back. Is the hand brake broken so the brakes are just jammed? Or is there a transmission problem?

When in neutral, wasn't able to push the car forward.

probobly jammed brakes but i would probobly get the breaks looked at and get the transmission looked at. id probobly get it inspected lol but good luck
