2000 chevy impala ex-cop, rear windows wont go down from back door?

well the windows from the back only go down if you put them down from the drivers control, but if you try to from sitting in the back they dont go down.
i was wondering if anyone knew how to get them going down or what wiring they do so you cant control them from the back

yeah i got the doors to open now, but the windows switch wasnt unplugged

Why dont you open the door panel and might be unplug.

Window lock at driver control panel or unplugged like the other guy said.
