I bought a 2010 Equinox 1LT on Friday. It has the upgraded radio with Pioneer speakers and auxiliary jack with USB input as well. I have not been able to get neither the auxiliary jack nor the USB input to work at all. I have tried to plug in other mp3 players to see if they would work but they don't either. The dealer didn't act like they really knew what was wrong so they just ordered a whole new radio for it. One other thing, I have noticed in some pictures that the auxiliary jack with USB input is oriented with the adio jack on top, and in other pictures with the USB jack on top. I have noticed that with every other USB jack that you should be able to see the USB symbol on the plug as you plug it in, but on mine it plugs in upside down. I told the dealer this, but again, they seemed clueless.
