I have a 2002 chevrolet silverado with dual exhaust?

when I take off it souds fine but about 2nd gear it sounds like there is a slight clog in the exhaust. In neutral, when I rev it up it sounds fine. What could this be? Maybe the catalytic converter?

Sounds like your converter or muffler is breaking down inside and blocking flow as your drive.
