Update: it seems my check engine light is only on when I do a cold start when it is snowy or really cold out. Its beeen cold and snowing all day today and now the light is on and wont go away. Here is the other info I posted a few days ago:

I recently had a friend swap my spark plugs and wires on my 01 2.2L |Cavalier and starting the other day, my check engine light is on. My friend informed me when he did the job he might have connected the spark plug wires to the incorrect plugs, and I think this may be causing the Cylinder 2 Misfire the computer is reading. If this is the case, what is the correct order for the spark plug wires on this car?
Car also doesnt seem to be running any differently, but I havent driven it a whole lot because I dont want to agitate it. Yesterday i let the car sit for a good 10-15 mins and the check engine light went off but after turning car off then back on, light is back. What is the likelyhood that it is injecters or coils? Also, the day it started doing this coincided with a pretty big snow that left a lot of ice packed underneath my car for a day and a half.
Already did the OBDII scan - Cylinder 2 misfire.
