Are 1997 Chevy Cavalier Parts interchangable with 2000 Cavi Parts?

i have a 1997 cavi coupe and with a lot of milage...im thinking of buy a parts car. Its a 4 dr 2000 cavi. i want to know if the majority of parts are interchangable. plus if they are, can i put parts into the parts car even though it has no title and still drive it useing the old title?

Don't make any mistakes like driving any vehicle you own without the proper documents such as a full ownership in your name, certification , smog or emissions if required in your state or country etc and insurance bec all that will end up costing you is a huge headache and extra expense's.
Alot of vehicles use the same parts but some maybe slightly different so either check via a owners manual or call up a auto wreckers bec they've cross reference books etc.
