Looking to find out if 1995 Chevy Tahoe can only accept a 1995 4L60E or can I use a different year 4L60E.

The 4l60e was a transmission used in i want to say 89 to about 97, before the vortech, on the 350s. As long as it is a 4l60e transmission it should fit just fine.
