What would cause a grinding noise in a 2004 chevy 4 wheel drive tahoe

every time u turn sharp? every time i make a slow sharp u turn theres a grinding noice and u can feel it in the steering wheel the power steering fluids good and the pump doesent seem to be leaking

if the fluid and pump are good it has to be something steering related, i would check the front suspension with the wheels t full tilt, and running, to see if anything looks like it is out of place, or broken. also try to diagnose where exactly the noise is coming from would be of much help.
