How do you like your Chevy Tahoe? (1999)?

I'm about to buy one. Used to driving little shitty cars. What's your experience with Tahoes?

I had a 99 That was a pretty good vehicle for the most part. Only motor problem was the water pump. The 5.7 vortec is a great motor. They are roomy and comfortable. I changed out the exhaust to flowmaster and put a free flowing catalytic converter on it and was pretty steady at 19 MPG up from 16 mpg. Only thing i did not like about the vehicle was front end problems. Ball joints in particular. Had a 99 suburban 4X4 that started the same thing with front end. For the most part they are a great vehicle and I personally think you will love it.

I don't have one, but several people in my family do.

They're comfortable, they have good power, but they suck gas like crazy.
